Sukkot Art Fest for children.  Children will create a beautiful mural for the community Sukkah and race to complete a Sukkot color hop.   

Wednesday, October 16, 6 PM
J-Text Meet-up #1.  J-text is a new program involving teens from the comfort of their home.  Each week teens signed up for Jtext receive a Jewish multiple choice question.  Answer correctly and enter a cash raffle.  This Sukkot Jtexters will join for a Sukkot bbq.  

Thursday, October 17, 2-7 PM
Sushi in the Sukkah.  Stop by anytime from 2-7 PM, enjoy some Sushi, shake the Lulav & Etrog, and make a blessing for eating in the Sukkah.  
followed by Simchat Beit Hashoeva at 7 PM 
Kumzitz, Singing, Music and a rare community celebration. 

Monday,  October 21
5:00 Yizkor (Shmini Atzeret is one of four times a year when Yizkor prayer is recited) 
5:30 Dinner - Last meal in the Sukkah
7 PM Simchat Torah Celebration.  
Dance, Sing & Rejoice with the Torah.  

The 48 hours of Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah should be highly treasured. Every moment is an opportunity to draw bucket and barrel-fulls of material and spiritual treasures. And this is accomplished through dancing...
