CHANUKAH CELEBRATIONS: 

 

1. Tuesday • 11/30 • 5:00 p.m.
3rd Night Of Chanuka @ Downtown Nevada City - Robinson's Plaza

6th Annual Menorah Lighting We have arranged a street closure in Nevada City so there should be extra room for physical distance while still being able to celebrate Chanukah as a community! Featuring a great fire show, latkes, dreidels, sufganiot, chocolate gelt and kids crafts.

 

2. Friday • 12/3 • 9:00 a.m.
6th Night Of Chanuka @ Gold Country Gymnastics

Mommy and Me, Chanukah Themed! Chanukah crafts and activities + open gym. Daddy's welcome too! Geared to children ages 0-3.

 

3. Friday Night • 12/3 4:00 p.m.
6th Night Of Chanuka

Community Shabbat Dinner - Menorah Lighting and Shabbat dinner

 

4. Sunday • 12/5 11:00 a.m.
 

Chanukah FALAFEL
2 Simultaneous Events

A. Tefillin Club for Men and boys with Rabbi Nochum. Find friendship, connection, good food, good conversation and be uplifted in chassidic meditation.
B. Womens Gathering with Chyena

Delicious Israeli Brunch with handmade pita and falafel. 


5. Sunday • 12/5 • 4:00 p.m.
8th Night Of Chanuka


Menorah Car Parade through the streets of Grass Valley and Nevada City,  beginning at Chabad.  If you are able to drive a car with a menorah popped on top, email [email protected] or call 530-404-0020- otherwise just look out for us downtown!

Something BIG is going on at Chabad - stay tuned!
