What is the Megillah?

Megillat Esther is the story of Purim and how Esther saved the Jews from being annihilated. Did you know that hearing the Megillah is one of the 4 Mitzvot of Purim? (Along with enjoying a Purim meal, giving gifts of food to friends and giving Tzedkah/Charity to those in need.)

**There is no charge to hear the Megillah; donations to Chabad of Grass Valley are appreciated.
 

Please note: If the above times don't work for you and you'd like to hear the Megillah Reading at another time, please email us to arrange another time and we will try to have someone meet you at your home or business to read it for you there.
