Chabad of Grass Valley provides an array of adult education, social events & community programs each month to support and enrich our community. Please take some time to review the volunteering opportunities and email Chyena to indicate how you might want to get involved.

Monthly Projects Volunteer
Be assigned a project and execute it from the research stages to the final touch. i.e. LED sign for the Chabad House, play area for children etc.
Property Maintenance
Weed wacking, landscaping or just plain regular maintenance of the Chabad House property would be a super way for you to get involved. Commit to as much or as little time as you can. Every hour matters!
Adopt-a-Bubby
Young families can volunteer to visit, call and initiate a relationship with a local senior. This will be meaningful for your children as well as for the seniors.
Drivers
Are you available to run errands for Chabad? How about some last minute grocery shopping when Chyena is cooking a holiday meal or a drive to Roseville to pick up the monthly Kosher order?
Communications
Do you have a few hours a week or a month to make calls to invite people to holiday events? Or is email
Social Media & Marketing
Are you social media savvy? Or how about good old fashioned hanging posters on bulletins? If you can help with any form of marketing, you can broaden our reach?
Writing
Writing press releases, monthly update emails and more.
Art, Music etc.
Got a talent that you can share with the community? We can do a kids club, a women's club, a holiday event led by... YOU!
Cooking
How about taking over Chabad's Kosher kitchen and catering a Jewish event, class or program.
